Google sent me 2 checks

soooo google sent me 2 adsense checks on diff days for the same amount for the same month, do i report the extra check or do i try and cash it in and will they care? has anyone been in this situation before? thanks

Well, this is interesting. First check the number on the checks if it is different or not? Also check the payee name on the account. If you find these things different then you should intimate Adsense.
If you don't then they will catch you at a later stage I guess.

I would have to suggest that you call someone in Adsense customer service, if you can get them on the phone. Also, you should check your account earnings. If you only earned the amount of one check, then obviously you should only cash one check (and destroy the other). Don't be foolish in this case....if you earned both checks, then you're entitled to the money, but act immaturely about the situation and Google will ban you for sure. And there's a chance they'll be pursuing legal action to get their money back as well.

If they are the same check numbers then you won't be able to cash them both...

if they're the exact same check, as in, IDENTICAL, when you try to cash them both it won't work, the first will cash fine, but the second will bounce.

Never heard anything like this before.

If this has happened to me, the first thing I would have done is that I would have contacted Google, preferably via phone and inform them about the scenario and ask them about which check should I use because I do not want to pay extra to my bank for bounced checks

If both check details are same I think you can only use one check to withdraw since they're identical.
