    Hello,

I have a team of article writers and one of them tried to cheat me. He sent me some rewritten and some copied articles after promising to give me original articles. I trusted him and made 2-3 payments. Later I caught him and there were complaints from my customers as well. He wrote many articles for me. I have held his last payment. Should I replace the articles for my clients, which were provided by him? or I just make his payment held?

I have also seen some articles just copied from wikipedia. When I asked him about this, he started giving lame excuses.

Please suggest me what I should do.

    Thanks and Regards

You're paying him to write original and unique articles, not copied content.

Re-written is different, it is still unique but not, original.

If he has done something like this before, either give him one more chance or get rid of him. I wouldn't pay him either, make him rewrite them originally then pay him.

First of all you need to replace the articles for your clients to maintain your business relationship.

No need to pay that writer for this work and find another good writer.

You should absolutely make it right with your customers. You're a professional, right? It was your responsibility to provide them with genuine, original articles. So, you should follow through, even though it will cost you more money.

First at all, you need to give another article to your customer, this is necessary.
For thee writer, it depends you need to give him second chances or not. Of course, the payment should not be made for the copy content

I second the replies here! You need to be professional with your clients. Definitely replace the crap with some quality content even if that means extra time and money from your side!

And then it's up to you to stop paying the writer who is just giving you rewritten stuff. But if it were me, I will give him/her one last chance.

Actually, read my PM replies ;)

Had you read them, you'd know I was unable to do them.
