Famous $100 48 hr PSD Only Contest Part 4: Boots!

Hi DP!

It's oneawesomeguy again with one of my 48 hour contests!

Details:
The website is going to be used to sell boots to larger companies. It will function primarily as a resource to find out more information about the company and not as direct sales to customers. I attached a sample picture of a boot. Most boots will be black however. I will give feedback to every entry, but don't get hard set on what I say. Be creative! Also, don't worry about doing little revisions and wasting your time.

Rules:
1. You must create the designs yourself. No templates. You must not use any images you do not have the right to use.
2. 48 hours for entries (from this post's time stamp)
3. 1 winner gets $100 via PayPal
4. Winner provides PSD and fonts used
5. Only the winner agrees to transfer me rights to that design

The 48 hour deadline will be enforced as long as there are at least five entries. One person can submit as many entries as he or she wants.

Suggestions:
1. If you must put a watermark put "Sample" on your image.
2. Do not be late.
3. Have fun!

The boots will generally be black, not brown (so keep that in mind when designing). The website will be in three languages: Spanish, English, Portuguese. @TindiRindi: Thank you for your submission. Good job. I think the background fade fits in nicely with your design (Note to everybody: This does not mean I want to see every single design have a background fade. Remember: Be creative ). See below.

@everybody: A few points on design aspects:
No ad space is needed as this will be for an information/e-commerce type of website. A search box is not needed either since the website will have only a handful of pages. The website will be relatively small, but people will go on it to find out about the product (mainly for distributors). The main purpose of the website is to inform people about this product and this company. I hope that helps.

Is it going to be specific to a particular type of boot or all shoes types? Do you need space for any advertisements on that design?

No adspace, no search box, no blog, no RSS icons... just a simple brochure-type website. E-commerce can be added, but it is only a secondary goal.

I have no color preference, but make sure the color matches with the color of the boots (dark brownish) so it will not be awkward.

Multiple languages is a possibility (thanks for the suggestion Franz!), but again, I did not want to say too much because I want to leave your creativity unaltered by me. I will announce the winner based on these criteria mentioned above and on how pretty I think the design is.
