Okay, I ordered a review copy yesterday just to test out. I sent over the PSD about 4:32 PM my time (EST). iRobit looked it over and said it would be done in 4 hours. He signed off messenger after we talked for a bit and the next day at 6:20 PM EST, he informed me the coded template was ready. Okay, it took a little more than 24 hours, which is still a very fast turnaround in my opinion, although still more than his original estimate of completion. I didn't really give him any direction at all, just sent the PSD and he took over from there. Here's the final product: http://smscut.com/salah2/ It passed validation, although upon looking at the code I noticed a few odd things here and there, but it was usable. For example, each line was inside a paragraph tag, and what were supposed to be paragraphs were separated by break rules. It would probably make more sense to just put an entire paragraph in a paragraph tag instead of each individual line. I'm sure he could be able to fix some of these issues if I asked, but again, I really didn't give much direction at all, and he did a surprisingly good job given that. He also included an image rollover for the nav using an efficient technique so a new image doesn't have to reload on hover. Bottom line, for $3 per page, you can't complain. It's valid, usable code and done pretty quickly too (just a little more than a day). Throughout the process he was also very professional and courteous. If you're on a tight budget, I'd definitely recommend him. Can't really go wrong at these prices.
