business_info: Sadly, I do not think that you are going to get the domain that you paid for. This is the same guy that scammed me about a month ago, and he operates pretty much the same: He registers a new username(s), makes a bunch of posts in other parts of the board to get his post count up, and then he comes to either the Link Sales forum or here (Domains forum) to start posting his scams. After you send him the money, he promises that he will push the domain in a few hours, at which time he will tell you that you did not send him the correct info to push the domain. This will go on for days, and you will never get your domain

I wish that I had moderator privileges in this part of the forum, because his posts are so EASY to spot. I am a full time webmaster, and I don't have the time to follow him around in each and every last one of his threads warning others of his criminal actions. But, I have been working with a GREAT moderator here from time to time, and together we have uncovered at least 7-8 of his aliases that he is used here in the past to rip people off . Hell, even as of right now, he still has some aliases that are not yet banned, like: rudons44. Unfortunately, tomorrow, and probably every day afterwards, he will just continue to register new usernames here by the dozens, build up their post counts, and then come here to the Domains forum and keep right on scamming the good members of DP. I have personally taken my fight with this guy to a deeper level and am now working with Paypal to have his Paypal account shutdown. I'll keep you posted on that situation as it develops.

But, as for right now, here's what you can do to recoup your money and avoid getting ripped off again in the future:
1)File a dispute via Paypal. Since domains qualify as non-tangible items and you never received it, they WILL award your money back to you after they conclude their investigation.
2)Never, ever again bid on a domain from a seller that has been here for less than 1 YEAR or has less than 10 iTraders. There is a reason that his iTrader is 0!

Being naive got me burned here and I find it quite amazing that SO MANY fellow members here are so trusting as well. But, this is exactly what this guy is banking his entire scam on (buyers giving him the benefit of the doubt despite his lack of credibility).

So, next time you find a domain that you may want to acquire from a seller here, do your homework:

(A)Check to see what the sellers' join date is. If the username is less than 1 year old, avoid the seller at all costs, and purchase your domain from a trusted seller instead.
(B)Check the sellers past posts and see what part of the board the majority have come from. Normally, if the posts are short and uninformative, then they are just trying to get their post count up so that they can meet the threshold for being able to start threads in order to scam people.
(C)Check their iTrader reviews if they have any, and also look at the number of iTraders that the users that have given them the iTrader(s) have: The higher the number(s), the better.
(D)And lastly, trust your instincts. If a seller has been registered here for a very short period of time, has few, if any iTraders and is offering a domain for a price that is too good to be true - RUN out of that thread and never return! If you absolutely MUST HAVE that domain, then INSIST on having the seller push the domain to you FIRST, before you send him payment, until he can be trusted! If they won't do it or can't do it, then you probably already know what they are!

I really hate to go off on a tangent like this, but after this guy conned me, he has sent me on a warpath. I just find it absolutely frustrating to see this clown posting scam threads here day after day and then having to read about unfortunate situations like yours afterwards. I sincerely hope that everything works out for you in the end

 

This guy still not transfer their domain to me.This guy is very dangerous for other DP member if he try to scam with new username and account!

If i try to call Paypal admin,and show the transfer proof and this thread,can i get my money back?
