In response to a client needing his ads shown on every page of my proxy I had to do some small adjustments to the original installation of PHProxy by WhiteFyre to allow the miniform (and ads) to show on every page. If you wish me to edit your proxy code to allow it to appear on every proxified page, I will do it for a small fee: $5 for editing of one script. PM me if you're interested.
