email marketing and 'AO bloo*y L'

    Hi,

    I have built up a mailing list of approx 7000 members.
    Everyone has requested and entered there email address into my email newsletter sign up form.

    I have a good % of members that are AOL subscribers ...


    The last few times i have sent a mailshot (normally every 3 weeks) i have received a email back from saying ...

    Subject: Client TOS Notification
    Message: <blank>
    And a attachment of my email?

    Are they trying to tell me something?
    I have a unsubscribe in every newsletter i send out so what the problem?

    I have tried contacting aol but they do not answer my emails.

    Suggestions :eek:

    That most likely means that your emails are NOT getting through to your subscribers, depending upon who thier email service provider is. In other words the server where you are sending the mailings from has been probably been blacklisted.

    We have had continued success (6 years running) using 3 specific email marketing venues that you may want ot check out to ensure that your emails actually get delivered.
