    http://wave.google.com/

It's basically like a big mashup of services - maps, chat, RSS, wiki, search, email etc within a browser - and it's all open source

It's a collaboration tool. Microsoft has something that big business are already to share documents (spreadsheet, word processing, etc...) using on Exchange Servers called Sharepoint. But Google Wave totally tears Sharepoint apart which IMHO, is a horrible way to collaborate. Security guys do love Sharepoint because it's secured thru SSL and Google products are seen as insecure in general by security folks.
