Both the site and forum are dedicated to a popular online game called Ragnarok Online. More information about the game can be found on www.ragnarokonline.com. This game is played worldwide.

I just recently acquired this site about a month or two ago and am now selling it off due to other commitments and projects and lack of time. I would also like to help my mum pay the bond for the new townhouse we will be moving into soon.

Why the price of $16,000?

The minimum bid is $10,000 because that's the highest offer I've received so far, from someone who has contacted me through MSN Messenger.

With the right hands, I'm confident this site can go the mile and generate $x,xxx monthly. It has the quality organic traffic, that just keeps on coming in, all it needs is the mind to turn that traffic into some real money. I'm sure that adsense would be great for the site. It's just too bad I was banned from Adsense on another site a few months ago.

Server fees and bandwidth usage:

Server costs $229 / month and the site uses 120GB+ bandwidth each month.

Revenue Details:

Revenue is being made through two advertisers.

Advertiser #1 has paid $230 for a banner spot on the header of the forum and a skyscraper on the main site. The terms that me and the advertiser agreed to were that there will be no other advertisements in the header of the forum.

This is $230 / month.

Advertiser #2 has paid $25 for a static banner spot on the footer of the forum.

Advertiser #1 is contactable through DigitalPoint and Yahoo Messenger.

Advertiser #2 is contactable through DigitalPoint and MSN Messenger.

Both are paying through PayPal.

Traffic Details:

This is the exciting part.

ALL traffic is organic. Plain and simple.

The original owner just started the site and it grew just like that. Many sites and forums are linking to us freely, and how much are we paying? not a single cent!

A large amount of our visitors are also coming in from search engines, mainly Google.

We are ranking in the top 3 for Ragnarok Online Forum, Ragnarok Forum, Ragnarok Community Forum, and other highly searched ragnarok related terms.

Traffic is mainly from US.

The traffic is the site's best quality. I have NEVER promoted the site on MySpace, because I know how much this can devalue the traffic. Basically, I have been doing nothing and the traffic just keeps on coming in.

All I've really done since I acquired this site was link to it from my signature on various webmaster forums, and that's about it.

why are you selling so fast? or you just bought it to flip it?

 

I believe the reason for why I'm selling has already been addressed.

 

Traffic is down by 2000 uniques in September. Any reason for that?

How much I bought it from the original owner is private between me and the original owner. The previous owner is fine with me reselling the site. He sold it to me because he couldn't support the site as the server fees were too much for him. Everything's ok if I can sell it to someone who will keep it going and keep it alive, which I'm sure someone with the amount of money I'm asking for would certainly be able to do.

Adsense: No, like I said, I'm banned. I was banned from another site a few months ago.

Yahoo: No, because I'm not from the US.
