    You need to have decent website,also try to call them after u submit your application.Its not hard to get accepted by them.

    Why email and what do I say [I can figure out what to say if I know why I should email them . . e.g. checking on application, providing further reasons to hire, etc.]?

    I've had a lot of success with Copec, Azoogle, 365AdSolutions, CJ, Clickbank. They all have great US, CA, UK offers and are growing strong on international offers more recently.
