    Don't simply submit your sites to those low PR directories. I suggest you submit your sites to authority sites only such as dmoz.org. Once your site get listed, then your site will be listed to hundreds of other directories too!

    Hi,eventhough we got instant approval we get only less traffic as the sites are of low ranks.So try submit your site in high pagerank directories.Anyway thanks for sharing.

    I think it depends on the directory moderators if they will approve the submission. It has also a spam filter to avoid automatic submission.

    There is nothing harm to submit those directories. One fine day they will get good PR. Spamming depends upon your number of submission. Do 15 site per day..
