Seeking Professional PHP programmer

Hey guys, first off let me introduce myself. My name is Aaron, been a member of these forums for 5 years and counting. I am the webmaster of a flash game site that gets massive traffic and is run by php/mysql. Looking to develop more sites this summer. I am looking for a LONG term programmer who can work on projects for me here and there. This could be long so I’m gonna try to make it easy to read by making bullets.

What I need:

- Make changes and add-ons to pre-exiting scripts. (Some big some small)

- Create new custom scripts from scratch.

I am looking for a programmer that:

- Is friendly and down to earth. Open minded and creative.

- An expert in PHP and MYSQL.

- Can speak fluent english and availble on instant messenger.

- Knows how to code in such a way that will take off stress from the server.

- Cares about quality coding.

- Highly dependable and work well unsupervised

Would be a plus (but not required)

- If you have webmaster skills as well

- If you have a reputable presence in a webmaster community like sitepoint or digitalpoint

- If you have online marketing skills.

- If you have working knowledge of Linux-based web hosting fundamentals.
