According to his reply on my PM the max size you can use is 25GB i still dont know if this the max file size or the max size u can use per account lol

Anyway 12% CPU Load is not enuff you can try convert a file on your vps or dedi and look how much CPU load it take... (unless u converting 5mb file size)

You offer 999GB now every normal account I create under it have to be limited at 25GB max. Which mean I cant offer like 30 or 40 GB disk to my client.

You should have include that with your offer to avoid confusion.
