Well not really, but it was a good try. I got a letter in the mail today from Canada. So I opened it to find I WON THE LOTTERY! At first I was thinking, this is awesome. But then I thought I never entered any lottery. And after a closer look at it I don't believe it anymore. I have some pictures of it all.

First of all, Lee is not my last name. Plus there are a bunch of punctuation errors. Simple errors that a 12 year old could corrent. I am not an expert, but i don't think a document like this would be printed on yellow paper. Correct me if i am wrong.

Oh they enclosed a check too! Excellent. But upon closer inspection in the bottom right hand corner, Colorado is cut short. Probably would use my full name Michael not Mike. And it isn't quite visible in the picture, but all of the front it says void.

In this picture you can clearly see the void over where you are supposed to sign.

That is my story that I thought I'd share. Maybe someone can prove that I truely did win a lottery!!!!
Anyone ever recieve anything like this? I know people get this all the time in their email.

Give it to the US Postmaster Police Dept.

Maybe they can run the scam and get the people involved.

nice check... very OFFICIAL looking .

I bet if you look long enough somewhere it might say "this is so not a fake check"

that you got it through the mail, it would be nice if you could get it to someone who could investigate it though - mail fraud and the like.
