According to the local laws, the labors must have at least one day off per week . So many workers work from Monday to Saturday and have only one day off work . ( 7 hours * 6 days = 42 hours) I personallly think it is unfair . IMO, it is a fair play that the workers should work from Monday to Friday and have two days off work . ( 8hours * 5 days = hous) It is not the problem of 40 hours or 42 hours . It is the problem of 5 days or 6 days . IMO, the workers should have two days off per week rather than one day off . How is the legal working day scheudle, six days or five days ? I would like to know how is the situation in your place . Pls let me know your location before vote the poll . I am in China .
