Apparently, someone has created an account, and has used our website URL. Now that we want to get into the network, we can't. How can we get our site into the network?

It's bound to the email address , does that email mean anything to you?

Absolutely not. Please remove the URL from their account if you could please. Perhaps it could be a mistake from a closely named site. It does however need to be cleaned up.

I dont see any real point in a person doing this, has an email been sent to the account to see if it was a genuine mistake?
