CSS drop-down menus

You guys have probably heard this a million times but I'm having real trouble with verticle drop-down menus in IE on PC and Mac.

As you would expect, by viewing the menus in Firefox everything is exactly as I would like it.

Take a look at where I've got to so far and see if you can come up with a solution to the woes these bloody browsers have been causing me:
