I need someone to make an ad for my site

    I need someone to make an ad for my site. I already have the ad made, but I want it combined with some javascript to give it greater functionality.

    I already have the js code in an example so you wouldn't have to write it.



    I basically want it to open when the page opens and then if the user closes it not open again until the cookies are cleared - which is what the example does.
