Statement generation

    I need to generate a statement for a particular customer showing all payments and invoices since their account was created. When I click to generate a statement it only goes back so many months with a "Balance Forward" entry as the first line in the statement. How can you bypass this balance forward and print their complete history?

    Under Maintenance & Preferences -> General Preferences -> Miscellaneous, you can set the maximum number of lines to show on a statement.
