My Adwords campaign showing in adsense for the same site

    I have an adwords campaign for a site and also adsense on it.
    I was just browsing my site and adword campaign for that site is showing as an adsense in that site. This is weird.

    I thought automatically, adwords will not be shown on the site for which its being advertised.

    I added the exclude site as its own site.

    Any one noticed the same?

    Excluding the site from AdSense should stop your AdWords ad from being displayed, I don't think the change is made instantly though.

    I did that already after seeing it.

    But come on, why would google display my adword on the campaign site itself.. that is so wrong of google.

    I agree with you.

    They should put some kind of filter based on current URL x landing URL
