$35 Contest - Design a background AND logo for a broadband related site...

    We are looking for a design for the background, and logo of our new site.

    the site design we need a background and logo for can be seen here.

    You can see the limited amount of space we have for a logo... I am going to be moving the page down slightly, to allow 95px space for the logo (height).

    so, to summarize - a background for the site (behind the 950px main site design) and a logo.

    Also, by background and logo, I should explain.... by background I mean the bit to the left and right of the main page... so the blank white bits to the left and right.

    Erm , Well I seem to be first :)

    background is just blue to white gradient with two white faded lines...nothing special , but I have no ideas for a background.

    I understand the need for watermarking... but any chance you could make it so I can see the logo a little bit better at least? - it's just the watermark is a bit strong, and makes my eyes go weird!

    Good entry though, quite like it

    Please be assured, I will not be using any of the designs without paying!

    Yep, sorry I have been really busy!

    Also was hoping for a few more submissions ;)

    Okay, well so far I prefer your overall design, but I am not too keen of the GB flag use... I get the concept, being as tho we are UK broadband based, however I feel something a little more broadband/adsl related (or mobile broadband) would be better.

    Do you think you could come up with a concept for a logo based on that? :)

    It was a very tough call... Moneylizard and blankeyecue were both strong designs...

    It took quite a lot of hair pulling to choose!

    In the end, I went with Moneylizard. Sorry blankeyecue, it was a seriously tough decision to make!

    Moneylizard, please PM me your paypal email for payment, then when you receive, please email all files inc. PSD to the paypal email you get the funds from. If you can include both background ideas, that would be excellent.
