Selling my web hosting business

I want to put up for sale my entire web hosting company. I have approximately 110 active customers. These customers pay via paypal or moneybooker. No merchant account is required. Customers are monthly, quarterly, and annual.

I am selling the entire business, that means you get my hosting website as well, not just the customers. The hosting company has an excellent brand name. Hosting .com names are extremely difficult to find available for registration, have a look for yourself, names with the word host in them are all taken!

Need someone to take it to the next level. The hosting company does well mainly through SEO. A little marketing could really take it to the next level. I want to get out and pursue other businesses. Company is about 2 years old.

With the sale, I will help you out running the business for a month.

i have goten the url and informations from seller - the customers are 1$ a month webhosting and 10$/mo reseller customers - this site i think wil never make ANY profit -> total revenue is only 4.000/year -> a good dedicated server a month cost that amount of money

I would only be willing to sell the clients if the price was right. However, you should consider the advantages of having a different brand with different offerings at different price points. Could be a win for you.
