I'm sorry if this topic was answered else where I searched for a while but was unable to find it.

I had a heated arguement with an expartner and within 5 minutes a neg itrader popped up, by an account that has no posts and has been a member for over almost a year. I tried to talk to them through pm and they refuse to give me any details as to who they are and where my services were poor. I did get my partner to admit that he complained to some of his friends and that one of them most likely gave me a neg itrader. I have that message saved. He also mentioned that he got my services through my website which does not give an info about my account on dp, he also mentions deals and promtions which I only use on dp and my expartner knows about that.

I reported a bad itrader do I have to contact a staff member as well or will they contact me?

    Thanks
    in advance
    Tim

Well it really depends on your level of patience, if you put in the request and it takes a bit for the moderators to get around to it, then they are probably bogged down with work.

Since the powers that be scour this sub-forum I assume one of them will lend a hand in getting it resolved. I am not sure whether or not they can fix your iTrader but they can IP ban the dude that did it (and send a warning to your friend).

    Best of luck :)

Thank you very much for your input. I just feel its a shame to mess with someones itrader over a fight. This is my main source of income and for someone to mess with that is pretty low to me. Thanks again and Ill wait to hear back from a mod.
