PR4 Niche JS Gaming: Established, SE Traffic & Over $1000 Revenue

Hello guys,

I was pretty busy in the last couple of weeks as you can see, and several huge projects I am preparing are going to hit the market in October. Wikalo is going to get a CPC/CPM advertising functions, and a social networking project I'm working on will need some heavy promotion. Therefore, in order to fill my operating budget for the new projects I'm forced to sell one of the money making gems in my collection. In last two months I didn't have time for this baby as I am working on two new projects full time, so I have decided to sell my PR4 website www.slimegames.org

History of Slimegames.org

The website was started in the end of December 2005 and the begining of January 2006, but unfortunatly in due to the server change, I only have the webstats available from June until today. More important, Adsense stats are there to show the revenue all the way from the first day until now. Anyhow, the website was created to drive the specific niche traffic, and from day one it has managed to do so, as you will see from the adsense stats and awstats available from june until now.

Website's Traffic

Most of the traffic is organic, and comes directly from major Search Engines, mostly Google (with 16325 hits from Google in June). Search terms are closely related to the website, with a huge list of keywords related to slime games niche. The search term list is really huge, as you will see. I haven't promoted the websites on the websites other than my own. So, actualy no real link building has been done, only small number of high PR links are pointing to the website. Website has only 3 outbound links, which is also great chance for you to earn money either by selling links, or by selling traffic.

Website's Revenue

Revenue has been generated through Google AdSense, and for the past 8 months (couple of days more) website has made exactly $1,176.45, which makes an average of $4.63 per day, and about $140 per month. I am sure in several things: 1) if you can run YPN, earnings will be higher 2) if you want to sell traffic from the website, you can make additional money 3) if you promote the website bit more, you can make additional money 4) if you introduce several other slime games available online, that will mean more SE traffic and more income.

Price & Payment

I am interested in a quick sale so I can continue working on my other projects. Therefore, I am expecting to get at least the price of a 10 months average revenue, which is $1400 dollars. Payment, as several times before, via Western Union. The domain is registered at Enom, and it will be a free push to your account. I can host the website on my servers for a month or two, free of charge.
