3k visitors - Unique Content + Unique Selling Product with exclusive rights given

I'm selling my unique webmaster related article web site, established a year ? ago ( I don't remember, whois returns: Record created on 2005-10-18, but I think it is not that old, it must be around 1 year old ). I had high expectations from the site, but I'm not interested any more in web development business so I want to sell the site.

All the articles (19) are UNIQUE, written by me. I wrote all the articles and did nothing except linking from my other blog. The site was quickly on google later and it gets about 100 unique visitors a day (55% of all from google / ON AVERAGE). The site is beautiful, but i'm not in writing mood any more. A smart webmaster would boost this site quickly.

Last month's adsense earning around $12 [ Only one ad on the article pages ]

The site is also promoting a flash video player [hosted on flashden.net, all rights of the product belongs to me right now] which I will give exclusive right so you can go on selling this product, I promote this product on my tutorial page about flash video players and the visitors trying to implement the video player explained in the tutorial but then, they decide to purchase the pro version since it has a lot of extra features, so they are heading to flashden.net to purchase my product [pro version]. I earn 50% of the price from referring a buyer to flashden.net and also 40% from the product sale [comissions]. Last two months, I made over $350 from the product sales + flashden refferings. I don't know a better way to sell this product, you may be implement a shopping cart on the web site (wordpress) and sell this product for whatever you price you want on wowebmaster.com, this way I think you might be earning much more.

This month, earnings tends to be at $100 level. I'm lazy, I only provide proof to serious buyers. Please look at flashden.net to see the number of sales and calculate the income.

I also give exclusive rights to sell this product, there are plenty of flashden like sites you can sell this or you can directly sell it on wowebmaster.com by setting up an e-commerce system.

To clarify,

The flash video player ( Wow XML Flash Video Player - see my sig. ) is totally coded by me. I just use flashden.net to sell this flash component. I would also sell it on wowebmaster.com just putting a paypal button. However, flashden.net get so many visitors, so I thought I can also get benefit from those visitors.

For each referrals to flashden.net from wowebmaster.com, I earn 50% of what the referred user deposits to flashden.net ( minumum $20 ). I also earn 40% of the each sale of my item.

Thanks but the BIN is $950. The site already makes around $100-$150 a month, why would I sell it for that price instead of waiting a month ?

I'm just looking for 6-7 months earnings for this quick sale. Am I asking too much ?
