The site is currently making an average of $0.43/day with AdSense, but as you can see from the screenshot below this can even go up to $2.00+/day which would set the site at an average of $60/month. Remember this is automated income; you have to do nothing it automatically keeps running. I haven't really worked on the AdSense placements that much since the site is supposed to be automatic and I didn't want to spend too much time on it.



Traffic
The site currently gets some amount of visitors per day through various means such as Google, Twitter, Facebook, direct traffic, and various search engines. I do not spend any time promoting the site, all the traffic is natural.

It automatically checks a number of famous dating blogs and youtube for posts and videos every defined number of minutes and syndicates the posts. It automatically rewrites all the posts so there are absolutely no problems or issues whatsoever with duplicate content, which, I would like to, add, is nothing but a mere myth not proven to this date. And it automatically pings also.

The site is indexed rapidly by Google, so you can almost guarantee you'll rank for a ton of hot terms right off the spot. (Which is an added bonus)

Price
The regular asking price for sites is 12 times their monthly revenue + Cost of script, but for now I will be open to your offers—either by PM or here—and I'll see how things go from there.

In conclusion, although this blog may seem like just any other regular dating blog, it isn't. The beauty of this site is that you have to do absolutely zero amount of work and the traffic + revenue will continue pouring in.

In fact, I bet that by simply tweaking the AdSense ads and blog layout, you could easily boost the revenue to $100+ per month. Or you could simply replace the AdSense code on the site with your own and watch the money pour in.

Oh, and by the way, I haven't given CPA ads a go, so you might also try that and find it to be very successful. (Especially since it's a Dating blog; think "FREE dating sites" Email submits.)
