They have been fantastic, I sometimes use their MSN option for little things, and he's always nice. This guy is on almost all day, I can reach him at any time even though I live half way across the globe from him.


Sales: 10/10
When I opened a ticket to get more info it was replied within 30 minutes, which was amazing for such a cheap service. Then I opened another ticket so I could get another VPS and it was answered within 5 minutes! Crazy fast support ticket responses.


Overall: 10/10
They have been fantastic, nothing to complain about. Too bad their phone option doesn't apply to me since I don't live in the US, but that's probably real nice if you live in the US.

His website was only monitored for one day, and he already has 31 minutes downtime in a day? I would hate this if I were the customer! He says 99.9% uptime, yet his main website only has 97%

Not trying to ruin sales or anything like that, just pointing out my 2 cents.

If you were a customer, you would know why the downtime was caused. The downtime was caused because he was upgrading the server to provide us a better service, which I don't mind that at all.

Also, before any downtime, Jacob send out an email telling us the server is going down for upgrades, so we were well prepared.

That is good to hear but I would like to point out webhostingstuff does not monitor it like every 30 minutes like host-tracker, so if it is down for like a few hours, it won't even notice it, it probably checks every 3-5 hours, not so sure, but yeah..
