    1) Your adsense screen shot is for all content channels. Upload same screenshot which indicates that earnings is from the said site.

    2) Is adwords your only source of Traffic?

    3) Tell us more about the traffic. Referrals, daily uniques you get vs you sent via PPC

    whats the reason for selling the website? i do see big reduction in adsense from apr-->may. is the sliding revenues the reason to sell.

    I think you have not seen the report properly. May is not over Yet!!! It shows only 6 days report. April has 30 days report :p

    Reason for selling is I need money!! :D
