Buying opt-in emails?

    I know when you sign up for certain websites they offer you opt-in / coregistration choices; Such as "Some of our partners may email you from time to time if you like. Which of the following would you be interested in?" With selections such as "entertainment" "cars" etc.

    Does anyone know where you can buy these emails, IE become one of the 'partners?'

    they probably only sell to their "associates"

    have you tried emailing them directly to ask about it?
