Banned and lost more than 4.000 dollar

I'm using adsense 5 of my sites last 2 years and i really earned very good money till now. My monthly earning was about 4-5 thousand dollar every month.
Last 2 months my earnings really dropped nearly 40-50% (because of crises). Last month i made around 3.500 dollar and this month till now it was about 1.800 dollar. Yesterday i got an email like this :

"While going through our records recently, we found that your AdSense
account has posed a significant risk to our AdWords advertisers. Since
keeping your account in our publisher network may financially damage our
advertisers in the future, we've decided to disable your account.

Please understand that we consider this a necessary step to protect the

and my account banned. I didn't change anything at my site last 4-5 months maybe (really so busy at the school with the Java projects) so i guess i got banned because of invalid clicks.
While I'm earning 3-4000K and the for each click 3-4 cents(it was not like this 2 months ago) why would I click my own ads or tell people to click my ads?

I know it is hard to get back adsense but of course i will try my best. What can you suggest? And when you get an email like this, does it means invalid clicks or if the reasong was invalid clicks, should it be another kind of email from google?

Its really sad But r u sure that any of your friend or someone dont do it (I means they dont click in your ad). Or do you use any adult content or picture in your site. I know that you are making 3 - 4K every months so u must know the TOS but there is no reason to band you if you dont do any fault.

Like i wrote before, I really don't have time to make updates or any changes at my sites. But everyday i was checking how much i made and wednesday i noticed my page impression/click was around 20% (most of the days it is between %10 -15%)

So i don't think they can ban me in 2 days, or do you think?

I think that you should move on, you can nearly not get the money back, keep on and find a new ads service like Adbrite or Bidvertiser and get on with your business

I will give a try to bidvertiser and adbrite. But what can be your advice to get the account back( I really don't care about last 2 months earning, 1 of my site is 2. listing at google -and many other keywords at top 10 so ican make again) so I can use adsense again?

I noticed you said you have not changed anything in the past 5 months, Then the possible ban can relate to the addding the new policy in dart cookies that was supposed to be on everysite by april 8th. You can be banned if you did not update your policy page.

every time I read that someone is banned!! I feel really down.. like I feel one day I will be in the same situation too.. soon or later! and when that happen I wont only lose the money that I earned. I will lose alot of hard work been made since long time. god make adsense Team far of our accounts!!

I completely believe you. Some people have a hard time believing that you can have done nothing wrong and still be banned for no reason.
I had friends go down too like that, and I think part of it is overdoing the ads above content. Too much got them.

Terms are changed from time to time, if you dont keep an eye on this you may be no longer complying with their rules, could this be your situation that has led to a ban?

This notice is common for those who dont add or update their privacy policy. Did you updated yours? do you have a privacy policy?

if your ctr changed from usual range send this message on google mail

I just want to let you know that I've noticed more than usual clicks on my adsense account

is that ok?

I'm afraid that someone is doing that on purpose to kick me out from google adsense

Yes i changed my privacy policy long time ago
