Hello all! Just wanted to express my thanks to the co-op! It's a working. I recently moved to a new area and my listings are coming up in the top 2 positions in Google for my 2 'blue widget' keywords. ... impressive & quick! Has even beat out some local SEO / development listings ... nice!
can someone explain to me like a kid can understand what this coop is , what it does, and why i should bother signing up for it?

The CO OP will validate your website's weight when you join. This is the most important part of the entire process 'your weight'. Weight basically is calculated based on the number of webpages Google has indexed and the PR of your homepage. The more weight you have the faster your results
question about weight and how it works.. (this probably isnt the right place to post but why not) curious how the weight works. you say the more you have the more hits u get, well dont you have to get hits to get more weight? maybe ive got it wrong. does your weight matter on how much your ad gets put up thought the coop network?
weight is calculated by PR, number of indexed pages in Google (using the API tool) and number of ads run.
so basicly to get a good weight u need to already have a good advertised site? lol.. that makes sence :S
