    This is an insurance blog running on wordpress platform. It is 3 months older but yet i have written only 2 posts in it but have build good backlinks.
    Now this blog have ranked well in google.Since i am not a blogger who write posts on insurance, i can't run it any more. So, i decided to sell it so that i can be used by some one.
    It has got 100 pageviews since the start of blog and some google traffic. You know writing posts in a pr1 blog will fetch traffic from google.So, its your chance to make this blog in to a popular insurance blog.

    $40 for a site with no content? Only 100 pageviews in 3 months I think you should consider lowering the price.

    but getting pagerank for a blog you should wait for another 3 months and becz i didn't write more articles traffic didn't come. But if you write more articles definitely traffic wil flood.

    Well I looked up your content and it is all copy pasted from AC anybody can copy paste. Seeing as how there is no content, no traffic, and no earnings you are not going to sell this for more than $15 if that.
