I have use WWB and its very good coz their item is wide in range and there is only one time fee which can help me save a lot.But the problem with them is the item is priced a bit high compare to other.

To avoid being too heavily affected by the recession you should look at products that are more staple than discretionary in nature. That is probably a hard thing to do in a dropshipping business but if you put your mind to work I'm sure you will come up with something.

actually i need some good system showing which products are being sold good.. etc. It should be very much independent in the sense that items outa stock shouldnt show up.. further more, it shouldnt give my visitor impression that i am hiring services from drop shipper or have an affiliation with some other store.

Sorry if iam asking too much but thats something i want. however reliability of dropshipper / no scams etc is first priority

I would recommend you try affiliate programs that offer product feeds instead of dropshipping. Drop shipping is going to be tough. The prices are higher than wholesale and right now everybody is looking for a deal (to save money). With an affiliate program you can offer the deals that other major online retailers are offering. Check it out. My favorite is www.CJ.com - Commission Junction.

The recession should never stop you. There are products that will sell no matter how bad the economy is - it's up to you to figure out what they are!

I do have an account with World Wide Brands (WWB). I do think they have a lot of valuable contacts for a huge listing of dropshippers. I like their service and think it would be worth the money if you truly want to get involved in the dropshipping industry.

I have an ecommerce store but do not have much experience yet from the dropshipping side. Admittedly, I have purchased an account at WWB and let it sit for a while. Not because I don't think it is valuable but because I need to sell some other sites that I own before getting started on anything else.

My biggest site which also happens to be ecommerce has slowed down some since the economy has tanked. I'm not absolutely sure it had to do with the economy, but I'm just guessing it has. The website is still doing rather well though. I'd imagine others can make money online if you are in the right market.

its a cycle and will go away. People have reduced consumption but not stopped so it has slowed down but has not died out

Inventorysource.com is pretty good. They put you in contact with real wholesalers who don't mark up.

Problem is, most of those wholesalers require you to have a business license before you can buy from them. They're very legit, but it's an extra step that you might not want to deal with.
