The main reason is we haven't got much premium subscription from those country. If we got more premium subscriptions for those countries, the payment will change automatically. I like to make one correction is we have change $5 per 1000 downloads to up to $10 per 1000 downloads.

You don't even need a premium account at rapidshare to upload files to us. As long the the file is under 5GB. Our remote upload system should be able to handle it without problem. By the way, this thread is old. I already made some change for better. We are now pay up to $10 for 1,000 downloads. Please used the new thread which is in my signature. Good luck guys!
