ok lets be a little specific.Page titles of pages not more then 60 characters. Meta descriptions not more then 150. If you are choose primary keyword, must be repeated twice in page title and minimum once in meta-description.About keyword density.Minimum 3 maximum 9-12(depends what your website talking about).
