Gmail was probably the first to introduce the facility to chat from within the inbox page...and it has made people addicted to using it.

I have just replaced using hotmail to gmail!

I remember people used to search for invitation to get into gmail...It surely has come a long way in this 5 years...

I remember getting the gmail invite in my second year of college. Now its 5 years man thats great. Indeed after gmail I had never used any other email service.

i use to work on yahoo, but when i came to gmail
i am using only gmail.
it rocks

that time it was invitation based n i can remember i was having 50 invitation left, n when ever i invited to any one after some time again my invitation limit reaches to 50.

but now its free.

i just ask to many one that please invite me for gmail..

Like everyone else says, 5 years has gone quickly! I was using Hotmail but got fed up with too much spam. Gmail seems to handle spam a lot better so I am happy to stick with them.
