$250 for maximize avertising earning for a single web page

Hi guys,

We are a group of developers http://ugotfile.com (Free File Hosting similar to megaupload/rapidshare). We doesn't know much about marketing. We would like to pay you $250 for the greatest plan for maximizing the earning from advertising/affiliate for the following page:

Some rules:

• No adult
• No casino
• No adsense
• Pop up, pop under and interstitial are allowed

Space available:

• 2 x 300x250
• 1 x 600x160
• 1 x 600x120
• Spaces at the bottom of the page

We can target ads by country.
Here is how visitors from our site is divided:

• Japan: 25%
• Vietnam: 25%
• US/CAD: 17%
• The rest are from Europe and Asia

We are expecting at least $0.50USD/CPM. We are already making 10~20cent/CPM from only 1 x 300x250 ads.

If your plan work well, we will ask you do the marketing for us. You will get at least 10% from all advertising revenue. We'd like to focus on what we are doing best.

Payment:
We will pay $50 by PayPal if we use your plan. If we make a steady $0.50+/CPM for 10 days, you will get another $200.
