    Because I'm a blogger I visit daily but if you were to own it and moderate it yourself I woudl say 30 minutes in the morning!

    This is my personal opinion.

    I have hosting with godaddy and it's Virtually dedicated Server but I have about 20 websites on this server.

    You can run the site with godaddy shared hosting account.

    Around 40 usd a year!

    You can ban members by username, ip address website url...

    I would say 24 hours after the bid hits 500 It's a great deal! 5000 members all bloggers!
