I used to get my checks sent via Fedex, and they arrived in 3 days. Now Google is using some unknown company called Ocasa, and after over a week my check hasn't arrived. Is anyone here still waiting for their check?
But you get yours via regular mail, right? BTW, there are several threads floting around saying that checks by mail are being sent in a plain envelope with no note on it and people are thowing it away thinking it is junk mail, hope you didn't do that...
I got mine is Plain envelope but why in the world would i throw out mail without checking it. The check this time looked different as welll. I live in canada/toronto got mine on the 28th
Mine was posted from Sweden, received it yesterday; Different cheque design, bigger envelope. The cheque is printed on a large paper and can't be teared off from that report without using a scissor. Cashed it in today.
uh-oh. I might have junked it. We get an unreasonable amount of junkmail. Hopefully not, I'll keep an eye out. I'm about as far away from fedexed checks as you can get.
I've been out of town, so a friend of mine has been picking up my checks and depositing them. I haven't seen a physical check since September.
Thats not possible At least the stamp says First class mail when it is sent from the USA or Priority Mail class A (or something similar, not sure about the exact wording) when it's sent from Europe using big letters. This makes of course a difference from plain envelopes with only stamped stamps on it.

I haven't received mine yet in Australia. They normally take about 10 days to reach me. Then I have to post it to my bank. Then my bank post it back to the US to be verfied or something. 4-6 weeks! after it has been posted back to the US the funds arrive in my bank acount. Minus a $20 administration fee and a hefty fee for converting US dollars to Australia Dollars. I'm so glad google is sending me a cheque in Australian Dollars next month
Just when I thought I was getting ripped off paying $10 per cheque to have it converted, that's through Commonwealth. Do we have to select anything to receive it in AUD as I would much prefer that. I just had a quick look at the Adsense site just then but I couldn't see anything. I've put my cheques on hold temporarily as getting multiple cheques seems worthless when they bank deducts $10 per cheque due to it being overseas. Edit: Ahh blind freddy found it I haven't noticed that before, but it's all fixed now.
Goldprice, you're not too far from me. Try a credit union. I use UNI Credit Union. There's a 10$(AU) fee for deposits (regardless of number of checks), and the money is available within two hours. Cheers, JL
Since I have been using AdSense (1 Year now) my check arrives like clockwork...3 day window at the end of the month
