Selling good 1000+ uniques site

I'm selling site www.yahoofreak.com. Before google decrease CPC, site has around 18-20$ a day. A month ago I redesign theme and rearrange content on it so it have better optimisation. In that time adsense earnings decrease on about 8$ a day because of smaller number of visitors.

Now, when all visitors back to normal, site earns around 10-12$ a day and it is growing (even so I didn't do any work in about a year). Only reason I'm selling this site is my time limitation and I want for site to grow up. 9% Direct traffic, arond 80% traffic from search engines, 10% link traffic. Site had almost 3 years and have 1000 - 1400 uniques a day (1000- weekend and 1400 weekly). It also has around 55.000 backlinks. I think that with very little work, this traffic can be easily double number of uniques visitors so as earnings, and in year could earn around 4000$.

Price is 6.800$ not so small, primary because site has nice income every day with no sign of decrease.

You do realize that in some counties outside of the US a . is used instead of a comma right? It is obvious from his post that it is not six dollars and eighty cents, but instead $6,800

Most of the visitors are come from US but I decide to withdraw the offer because I realize that will never get money that I'm asking (more than 300$ site earns in one month). Maybe will try to sell after (and if) crisis ends.
