    Site has a good potential to make earnings, If anyone can handle it in a proper way.

    My asking price is $70.
    Being realistic in price means, I want to sale it.

    Site has pr1 and site shows 572 backlinks in yahoo.
    Site was created on 2008-03-05 and is now one year old. I have added an affiliate just recently on this site as I was getting consistent traffic from uk.yahoo.com
    95% of traffic is from uk.yahoo.com. I have done some seo for this site and has got top 5 rankings with most of the keywords I targeted. I have already mentioned some of the keywords, with which site is in top rankings on uk.yahoo.com
