    I am selling my domain name CanaryIslandProperty.Net

    This domain name is sold with or without the current website. The domain is registered through iDotz and will be pushed to the buyers iDotz account, this is a free process. The website is currently hosted on my reseller account and can be included for free with the domain name with free hosting, or the site can be backed up and sent in a zip file for use on a different web host.

    The domain name has over 20,000 backlinks according to Submit Express.
    Page rank is 0 and the site has no traffic.

    I haven't advertised the site or done much seo, so the reason for no traffic or page rank is clear.

    For the right person, this domain name has massive potential as estate agents in the Canary Islands and real estate is big for holiday lets, retirement homes, apartments, basically everything to do with holidays or moving abroad!

    I have no BIN price so I am open to offers. If I get the right offer I will sell.

    Its open to offers, starting price is what ever the first person offers, if its a good offer then the starting price is also the finishing price!!

    Im sorry I think it has the potential to be worth at least $1000, possibly more. If the right person had this domain you would be looking at a market worth millions with a top rank site, not needing much seo.

    You are a dreamer, I am resident in Spain and my SEO customers are 70% Spanish clients from travel hotel holiday real eatate "industry". I know the market as no one else and know there is a certain potential but your expectations are just ridiculous. Can beat your domain for any keyword, anytime without your domain. I am not personally interested anyway, but you should be realistic. ;) I've got valid, well ranking PR 5 domains for sale on the topic and don't think about your pricing.

    Sorry, but - 20,000 backlinks and NO PR???? :eek:
