its currently hosted on my own dedicated server, ull get it hosted for free for one month on the same server if you BIN @ $350 ( or more )
I dont have any idea about shared hosting for proxies , i pay for dedicated server more than $600 per month, it can host up to 300+ proxies , but for this network, you can buy any share hosting for like $10 - $20 per month
