Against Adsense TOS?

I'm about to collect some software skins/themes to put on my site(with adsense) for free downloading, will this against the Adsense TOS?

 

I dont think that will be against the TOS... Are they free skins or warez?

 

Yes, I collected them from various free skin/theme sites and sorted well, no cracked items, not changed anything, but don't know if there are any copyright problems...

 

You can write a disclaimer, but that won't help much if you are violating TOS.

 

You just need to check the copyright issue If it is copyright allowed, then it is OK

 

Yes, its something like "The content was collected from the Internet, if violated your copyright, please let us know, we will delete it in 24 hours" ...

if you dont modifier them you can publish theme without problems

Hey man I think I have a almost the same site with you. But my site is about music. It's free music (vinyl) download, and all the posts are made by my users. At first I had no problems, now my site was banned by Adsense.

 

I dont think that will be against the TOS

Well, offering music for downloading is dangerous I think ... You can't decide which one has/hasn't copyright problems...

 

Just don't point a link to a torrent site/ download. I think its under malware/ adware violation.

 

I don't suggest this. If some site uses one of those themes with your Adsense and is against TOS, you will get banned. I don't place my Adsense in any of my free themes.

 

I think its okay as long as you provide your "source" to avoid future conflicts.

 

If so ... I'll have no reason to do the collection, you know,the site was built for making money with adsense...

Any other suggestions/points?
