Foreign site review

Recently I received several paid submissions that are non-english sites,
Would you like to accept foreign language sites?

 

I think it is ok to accept them if the description is in english...

 

well two obvious problems are:
you don't understand what the description is and cannot edit it
you don't know what the site content is and cannot write a description based on a review of the site..
