I have had a UK store on Froogle for a couple of months. Recently I had a US feed approved to appear on Froogle.com However, when I upload the US feed all my products disappear from my UK store - and vice versa. Is anyone able to help? When I email Froogle I simple receive a standard reply which has nothing to do with the question.
Yes - standard reply . Tell me about it. Renoir's suggestion is about right. Instead of getting a new account - ask for a new store from your existing account and upload your US feed for this new store. This should (logically) separate your feed files.
