I am from pakistan. And i feel problem to cash money in pakistan.... basically i am using paypal and paypal is not offerining services in pakistan. so kindly helping me out tell me the method to cash money in hand.

i will pay $20 to the person who will help me.

 

If you have a friend in another country where paypal offers those services then you should try that. That way the money is going to someone you trust and then they could mail it to you. Otherwise you can search paypal alternatives sites that offer services in your country.

 

Try using moneybookers, and for accepting payment via paypal, use stuff like Plimus. Add me to MSN, and i will help you out

 

You can't send money to Pakistan using Paypal. It's not an option that they offer. Therefore you have to use an alternative. It's the only possible method.

I have seen people using plimus instead of paypal.

 

Try to find an online banker similar to eTrade for your country. You can use an only only bank account to sign up with paypal and then forward the deposit on to your actual bank account.

 

ask your friend in other country as intermediary, your friends can sent you the money via egold or moneybookers etc

 

Use an account of a friend or relative in a verified country.

Let them get the money, and then remit via bank wire.

There isn't much you can do legally when an account is not allowed in your place.

The best option as described by someone above is to open an alertpay account, transfer your funds to alertpay through move-funds.org (it's not a scam, atleast doesn't appear to be), and then get your money transferred into a pakistani bank account via alertpay (it supports pakistan).

 

If you have a payoneer card you can ask for a payoneer US virtual bank account which can be added to paypal without any problem. Thus allowing you to withdraw funds from paypal account easily.

Their Virtual US bank account is still in beta and if your payoneer card has good history you could be one of the beta testers.
