PR2 Site for Sale - Expert Content / Getting Traffic / Little-No Maintenance Option

I'm currently selling a site focused on writing jobs. I've had the domain / site for 2 years now, the domain is keyword-rich, and it can be treated as a regular blog or you can take advantage of options that require little to no updating (explained below). I've planned to sell this site for a while now, as I already run too many sites in the writing niche, and am scaling back.

Domain: eWritingJobs.com

Niche: Writing / freelance writing

Registrar: HostMySite.com (Tucows)

Expiration: February 21, 2010

Traffic: 200 - 600 unique visitors (and 1900 - 9000 pageviews) monthly for the past 6 months (see attached images).

Income: Little verifiable income (detailed below). Currently using Adsense and Indeed.com job ads. I used to run an Indeed job board on the main page of the site, which monetized much better. Unfortunately though, I also ran two other job boards, and Indeed doesn't have the capability to track their stats separately which is why I removed it when I decided I would be selling the site. However, if you choose to run it as more of a static site, that's an option you can pursue that would require little to no manual site updates (add a job board from Indeed or a similar company to a page, and set that page as the site's homepage - the rest of the content would still be accessible through the sidebar).

Adsense: $3.82 (last 6 months)
Indeed (regular trackable ads / not the job board): $1.74 (Jan. & Feb. only - ad blocks weren't used before)

Original Content: 3 unique articles (Word counts are 793, 523, and 860, and they're the most recent three article on the site). At my current rates for ghostwritten content, those three articles alone would be billed at over $1000 (content over 500 words in my areas of expertise run at $.50 per word). This is a rare opportunity to get unique content from me for less than my normal service rates, as I don't often sell pre-written work. The original articles include:

The "Should You..." posts are setup in a template format that you can use for other types of writing fairly easily if you opt to create a series of it.

All other content on the site is non-unique, but written by me. Some was published first on eWritingJobs.com, but later used for article marketing through ezinearticles (those posts should be marked with my byline - which need to remain if you choose to keep the posts - at the bottom of the post). The unique content is ghostwritten.

BIN and reserve price are based predominantly on the content.

Starting Bid: $50

BIN: $350

Auction End: 48 hours from start, if reserve price is met. (Reserve is $250.) I reserve the right to lower the BIN if an acceptable offer comes in, so feel free to PM me a non-bidding offer if interested.

Payment: Payments are via Paypal or credit card via Paypal only. Files will be sent when the deal closes and is confirmed by the buyer. Domain transfer info will be sent after payment is received / cleared. Please note that the buyer will need to upload the site to their own server - I don't provide hosting.

If the reserve isn't met, I won't be selling the site and content in this auction.
