    Hello..

    Google is now in this position with the settlement of the Google Book Search Copyright Class Action lawsuit against its book scanning project.
    As part of the settlement, Google has set up a $125 million fund to settle claims

    I think, as is the case with most of these class action suits, that the lawyers will make all the money and the authors will get a few cents.

    yea lawyers can get expensive even if they lose the case they still want paid... :)
