    Yups I have used them .. they are not even 1% of adsense !!
    Non-Targeting adds and very low CTR !!

    If you have Indian traffic ,you can use them.I think only their CPM ads are good.

    Yeah, I found it on few Indian contents sites.

    I also find many irrelevant ads.

    like site is about music & ad is about match making or air lines etc etc
